Insurances We Accept

Medicare

We accept all plain Medicare Part B plans along with Medicare replacement and Medicare supplemental plans such as: 

  • Aetna Medicare Plans
  • UHC AARP Dual Advantage
  • UHC Dual Advantage
  • Humana
  • Anthem BCBS Medicare Advantage
  • Optima Medicare

NOTE: We NEED your new Medicare cards (Without SSN) in order to see you. Old Medicare cards are no longer active and cannot be used for billing purposes. If you have lost or misplaced your card, call member services to request a replacement. 

Medicaid

We accept all plain Medicaid and almost all joint Medicaid plans such as:

  • United Healthcare Community Plan
  •  Optima Medicaid (Community Care and Family Care) and Optima CCC+ 
  • Anthem Healthkeepers Plus
  • Magellan
  • Aetna Better Health of Virginia
  • VA Premier Elite +


Remember: You MUST have your correct primary care provider listed on your card BEFORE being seen by your provider. You can call the member services number on the back of your card and ask them to change your PCP on file and they will send you a new card.  If you have any questions call the front desk and a member of our staff will help guide you. 

Carefirst, Anthem, BCBS

All Anthem BCBS and Carefirst plans countrywide.

Aetna

All  Aetna plans, PPO/HMO. If you are out of state, call your insurance to verify eligibility and coverage . 

  • Aetna HMO 
  • Aetna HMO Open Access
  • Aetna PPO
  • Aetna Choice POS and POS II

United Healthcare

All UHC plans.  If you are out of state, call your insurance to verify eligibility and coverage.

Cigna

All Cigna plans EXCEPT Cigna EPO Connect.  If you are out of state, call your insurance to verify eligibility  and coverage .  


NOTE: We do NOT take Cigna EPO Connect (through healthcare marketplace/Obamacare).  



Tricare

We take ONLY non-active duty members . 

Optima Commercial

All plan Optima Commercial.  If you are out of state, call your insurance to verify eligibility  and coverage .
