Our Primary Care Practice was started by Dr. Mubarik Khan in January 2000. Our goal is to provide exceptional care in a compassionate and emphatic environment. We accept most commercial insurance plans, as well as Medicare and most Medicaid Plans. We offer a wide range of services including annual wellness exams, school physicals, pap smears, EKG's, and certain vaccinations/immunizations - alongside exceptional individualized care for new and ongoing illnesses. We accept most commercial insurance plans, as well as Medicare and most Medicaid Plans. We strive to provide the utmost quality of care and tailor personalized plans for our patients based on the individual's needs and wishes. You will not feel rushed at our practice.

Currently we have two physicians on board- Dr. Mubarik Khan and Dr. Shaveta Goyal. Both are Board Certified Primary Care Physicians.
Each Doctor is assigned to their own patients and you are able to see the same doctor every time you are seen - therefore ensuring consistent care. We are dedicated to improving and maintaining your health through preventative care and treating a wide range of diseases and symptoms. We now offer online appointments via Telemedicine, making it easier and safer than ever to receive care. We always have a live person in the office answering phone calls during normal business hours and you can page your doctor for emergency care during non-business hours. We offer online remote access to your medical records as well as secure online messaging via the Patient Fusion Web Portal. We also offer secure messaging using the "contact us" link provided. If you have questions please send us a secure message and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours. Please call the office for any urgent questions and care.
